That's stinks, but here's the real truth. They weren't your friends.

Not trying to be harsh, just speaking the truth. REAL friends would be there for you no matter what and cheer you on in your sobriety. They would actively encourage it and help you succeed.

On the bright side, this gives you more room to find new and healthier friends. Not to sound super gay, but I'd be your friend if'n you need one. Seriously.
