It seems that there is a common thread among many murders. Whether it is a white guy shooting up a Walmart, a black kid in Chicago doing a driveby, or a husband that wipes out his family. First, they are almost all male. Second, they all have a lack of hope in the future. For the white supremist he believes his future is going to be destroyed by the influx of foreigners or the growth of minority groups, leaving him no place. The young black kid believes that the system is against him and leaves him no future worth pursuing. Usually the husband is unemployed, has mental problems or has his wife leaving and taking his family away. Leaving aside the husband, the two other groups are a direct result of today's politics. For the Democrats, its all about white privilege and how prejudice and hate are every where. For Republicans it is about how the system is collapsing, there are too many illegals stealing our jobs, etc. Most of us toss this rhetoric aside, living our lives. But for some young men, coming up hearing this, and living in a place of despair, it becomes truth. Usually a strong economy will push this down. Why not now? I believe it falls wholly on the wave of politics in the Country. Every generation will have those who are struggling, do not fit in, are mentally ill, or have limited options based off their parents' decisions. Todays politicians and media live off these people. Rather than trying to give them hope, they are flooded with reasons of why they will fail and how nothing is their fault. At the same time, they are over whelmed with the wealth and success of others. Yes, Trump is to blame, so is Nancy Pelosi, the media, the schools, and everyone else who fails to see the beauty and opportunity available in this great country.
