You don't "know" you don't have it, not having symptoms doesn't mean you're not positive. Testing negative today doesn't mean you won't test positive tomorrow.
What are the actual odds of that x the actual odds of getting infected by me if I were infected if I am not wearing a face diaper? If you can't quantify the risk you have no right to order me around over some vague improbable event. If you are worried about the risk of an extremely improbable even, why don't you just stay home or social distance from me? Why does your unreasonable unquantified fear allow you to control others? Why not just control yourself and let people take the risks they are willing to take. I am willing to risk going out with no mask, and if you are correct about the risk and are not just a frightened coward, show me the numbers.
I honestly expected a better response from you, this was right out of the denier handbook.
Your logic as presented is.
Since this is a brand new virus, and we haven't had time to accumulate data or review it, I can make up my own rules and believe anything I want.
The data is there for the effectiveness of maskes in general and for other diseases, so is distancing and taking other precautions.
You can throw out all that data and consider it useless, or error on the safe side and do the unthinkable... by wearing a proper mask.
