Doubt it. With the proper inputs you would see that the required trolling speed to produce the depth needed would likely not work well for pinks in the salt. Now when they enter the river that is a different story. These are great for targeting Silvers and Pinks that are mixed into schools together with certain colors producing less Pinks than others.

I have found that if you are only wanting to target the kinder gentle fish the best color is below. Be warned that this pattern really is most effective on pinks that have begun to prepare for spawning. I believe it is due to how this particular pattern appeals to these transitioning fish.

i got one fer ya. Caught a kiped out buck the other day. Pulled it out of the water and it started spraying eggs everywhere. I started to think wtf until i turned it over and saw that same bud plug lodged in its yap. Made sense at that point.
