never had an issue with R&B lures always got my spinners in a timely manor, They were having problems getting product, I couldn"t get there matte blades anymore, but otherwise no issues, I think theyve gotten to busy , I do love wicked lures, and I catch as many fish on them as R&B James has a good concept, and been fishing them since he started very few hang ups. And Ive made my own too, but arent the same close, great tight spot spinners as well as crystal clear water, and there trout wickeds are awesome on cutts
