Didn't read it all, but take note that there's a difference with a distinction between every incidence of voting fraud and the number of instances of an illegal alien voting in a federal election. Most of the HF's examples are of illegal absentee or other voting in local county elections, and the wrongdoers are citizens, not illegal aliens.
