I understand the concept of using all the new tech but not fully field testing the app is more than a little strange. The tech out and about is good with Amazon's system and many social meda platforms examples that work. WDFW is not that but the process to make sure all functions work is! Ah well I think it will be interesting when enforcement gets involved and tries to bust somebody for not reporting when they don't have a signal. I live on the river and two maybe three bars is normal but couple places near you can loose the towers. Like I said should be interesting!
