I would agree with making this a well organized protest and like your idea, I think maybe you should oranize it for us. What do you say???

But, with the seasons winding down we should consider getting this done asap ( which does not mean unorganized and just thrown together) or we may look really silly protesting the sale of wild steelhead that are not there. shocked
We don't want people to think steelhead fisherman are a bunch of DA's. eek
