I run Fireline on all my rods except plug rods! Once you've experienced the no stretch, instant feel its hard to go back. I've also never had any line twist problems at all on my spinning reels. As well Ive never experienced the abrasion problems! Maybe its only a problem with Power Pro! Ive tried Power Pro and wasent as happy with it as I am with Fireline. Bottom line is Ill never switch back to Mono and only like the Fireline! Somtimes with the Fireline you can see the line twitch before you even feel the bite! Its AWESOME!!! The biggest drawback is its noisy going thru the high end spinning eyes as there smaller and seem to be a little noisy.
