I have a J. Marttiini that is exactly as you describe. It was distributed in the US by Rapala. I will include some pictures to see if it is correct. If it is, I picked this one up at GART Sports several years ago. They still had many of them at the time (When everyone else claimed they were no longer in production). Good luck in finding one.
