I own a alumaweld boat very well built boat. During the process of trying to decide what kind of boat to buy I looked at he almar's. From a recomendation of a friend of mine that just happend to work for almar for 13 years. He told me alumaweld had poor construction and wasnt made very well. the problem is finding a used almar like I wanted so I ended up with the alumaweld. Well the first time he headed out with me in my new alumaweld he said Man they really have changed these boats and said it was really nice and built well. If you got the money to spend almar would be a great boat but so is the alumaweld. You can actually find a few alumawelds to look at . I only saw one almar like I was looking for and didnt have the money to have a custom almar made for me.
