those guys are everywhere, they either dont know or dont care, i talk to them and find out if they dont know or dont care, 95% of them dont know ,so talking works,, i usually avoid these guys, but if they make tuff for me and other guys fishing i will say something, only once has it come to blows, he had it coming though
