If the animal is actually a threat call animal controll.That might solve your problem both ways.I own two dogs,that are very well behaved and do not apreciate peoples uncontrolled animals either but talking about killing,poisoning dogs.....

I do not know how you guys do it over there. I got tired of fishing with other people years ago and have dug deep into the back country to get away from it. it.I run into maybe 20 fishermen a year and like it that way.

I would probably end up just like that guy if you were to put me into that enviroment
