Go to the Gloomis web site. They have a deal that is called Xpedior Service. You fill out some forms on the internet and they will send you a new pole in two days. Total cost is $50.00 no questions asked. I did it before it was up and running and did it per land line. Got a brand new rod,better that the one I had. Mine was a nine to ten years GL3. My pole busted above the ferral. All shipping and handling is included in the $50.00
