Better yet whats lacking or broken in them that they have this need. Usually something that keeps them from communicating their needs wants or desires in thier relationships or setting up healthy relationships in the first place. Fat people do not enjoy looking at pictures of food they want to eat it. They don't go to grocery stores with their buddies on Sat night drunk and hungry and just look at food and go home hungry. Same with drug and booze addicts most will tell you they started doing drugs because they liked them( just as your porn industry people will tell you) They are unable to address what is inside them that leads them to self destructive behavior. Happy fullfilled people do not have a need to get wasted out of thier mind for entertainment. They generally do not do it alone because they want to know that other people are just like them.
