Hoghunter Returning Adult Registered: 02/06/03 Posts: 462	Sooke or any other Canadian location can be fished by boat and then return to US waters with Salmon so long as you clear customs going and coming. I've been doing it for years and have never had any problem with Canadian or Washington fisheries agents. I have ran to Sooke many times from Everett and fished for a few days and returned with salmon. No problem.
