ll ahve to look into it but i think this may only be domestically. i thought that the WTO declared "dolphin safe" to be an impediment to free trade and therfore internationally non legal. it allways makes me wonder when I see a can of tuna from indonesia that says "dolphin safe" . if the people are barely safe in indonesia than how can the dolphins or tuna be safe.. we still have thousands of soldiers in indonesia cleaning up the east timor mess (muslim radicals, that conservative america protested US and UN involvement in) bet the thousands massacred there with machetes wish they had oil for resources and not fish ...anyway thanks for the post . ill check out the article
