For an all around go to set up for silvers my money is on the flasher hootchie combo. My personal go to rig is a red Hotspot with an apple core colored needlefish squid with herring strip on a 27 - 30" leader. set the herring strip so that it makes the squid spin( the faster the better) If its not spinning it's not going to catch as much fish!
