First of all you lower the pressuer on your vacum sealer to about 12 lbs, then you wrap your eggs in a layer of paper towels and put them in your vacum bags and then seal them. If your eggs are turning into mush or crushing under that light pressure your cure sucks and you better get a different one. I have been curing and packing eggs for years and do about 400 lbs a year for myself and have great success with this method.
