Cure eggs.........roll in borax.........put in vacuum bag.........freeze overnight.........seal in the morning first thing.

This works great for me. If I don't use all the eggs on a trip, i just freeze and reseal again for use next time. I've used eggs almost a year old that look like they were cured a week ago.
