I'm pretty sure I know exactly the dog Jacob is talking about. Runs up barking at you like you're breaking into his house and follows after you walk past him barking like mad... I think I might calmly walk up nice and close to the owner and then start viciously barking and growling at the top of my lungs just for fun.
