I think so....several years ago I used to be able to pick up the phone and ask what sounded like harmless questions of WDFW employees...but once they lock in on your frequency and figure out that you are not friendly to commercial netting they clam up and won't talk to you. I am pretty sure they have a way to tell who you are and keep you on a enemies list....a database of trouble makers. I'm working on a special foil helmet that will project a different image...say of Dave Vedder when they are really talking to me....If it works I might test it out by calling the DNC
