I was just about to mention whatcom creek. We used to go down there and sit on the grass, sip on some cheap booze and watch the show..... Guys arguing over who has rites to the chum that has 8 lines snagged into it. Another good spot is Ship creek in Anchorage, grab a lawn chair and sit up on the bank. Ship creek is a reel muddy spot, its pretty comical.
