Yip. Apparently the mere implication of having to justifiy C&R mortality "caused by tournament approval" to the tribes after the season is over was enough to, at least in part, persued them not to allow measuring of fish.

I can understand the concern about fish handling, but to think the length of time required to measure and photgraph a fish is going to increase mortality just goes to show how out of touch the department is with our sport.

They stand by the fact our OP runs of fish are healty, healty enough in fact to allow harvest, yet they are concerned about C&R mortality. Contradictory to say the least.
