Blades, there are only two reasons why they do it...

One, they can, and two, they get a rise out of you when they do it.

No rise, and even if they can, they'll soon tire of doing it.

It's not rocket science...just ignore it, it's what? Two, three dudes out of 7400 members on this site?

As an LEO, you should also be careful of posting laws on the internet that could be interpreted as threatening to people, especially laws like the one you cited that wouldn't apply to anything like this in a million years...you left out all the important parts.
