I kinda like the word irrogant. It's like being ignorant, arrogant, irritant, and an irrigator all wrapped up in one word.

Used properly in a sentence it would look like this; "People who voluntarily choose to live in Yakima are irrogant."

Or "People who voted for Bush are irrogant."

Booyah. Can't wait till I'm cited as a source for the first official use of the word 'irrogant', in the Oxford English Dictionary.
