3/4" floor OSB and 1/2" plywood for the tops, just about 36" tall benches. 1/2" OSB for the lower shelves and there are cross members in 3 areas on the short bench, 6 areas on the "L" bench.

We just kind of guessed on the height for the outlets. Better to have them a little high than too low. There will also be shelves above all benches.
