You know, at my job I write technical papers/reports/etc. Sometimes I want to make several points in one paragraph, and 7 times out of 10 that paragraph is very hard to read. Why can't WDFW ever just use a bullet list? Just once, organize a paragraph, use some freakin' white space, and give us all a chance to understand it.



So far I understand I am supposed to attach trebble hooks to my bobber, a single hook on my plug, a corkie pegged 12" from my spinner, and anything that I get from the gill plate forward must be retained.
