It might have something to do with the big Homeland Security Administration building that went up near my home back in 2005 or 2006...my cell phone reception sure went in the $hitter the day the damn building was done, so I wouldn't put it by 'em to put White Sea Lion Eats Giant Squid dreams in my head...I didn't sleep with my foil hat on, my bad.
