If the WDFW relied more on volunteers I am sure they would get an overwhelming response. I have no doubt that the public would volunteer for hatchery work, fish checking, etc.

I do know that the commercial interests do not pay thier fair share to the dept for use monitoring, LE, and stock assessments. At this stage of the game this should be addressed.
