Always net my natives outside of the boat meaning both the fighter and the netter are in the water and not in the boat...I use extreme caution the entire time...and the fish barely even touches the net before I have em out, unhooked, snapped photos, and they are on their way. Ondarvr was there...that fish was well cared for and I'd say from the time she was netted to the time she swam out of my hands...45 secondsish.
