Yeah, I saw one this morning that I believe was released for Muslim consumption. Gotta show 'em the dead fvcker or they won't believe our tribe is badder than their tribe.
The shot was slightly (shooter's) right of perfectly "between the eyes". He must have been ducking to the right, behind his female shield as the round penetrated his skull. A 5.56 at 10 feet must have scrambled his mind pretty well.

It was him..... the beard looked well groomed....the POS was livin' comfortably.
