I try to limit sugar, I fail to limit carbs (bread is a huge weakness), get plenty of protein, and stay active.

Running, soccer, basketball, golf....yeah golf is a workout when you're as bad as I am.

I was doing P90X until a shoulder injury knocked me down.

My diet sucks but I make up for it in exercise.

I can't go more than a day or two without some sort of working out/training.

Going to sign up for a half marathon at the end of summer to keep me motivated.
