I fished Silver before out of my 10' pram. Got a new boat now that's a little bigger. Is there any
HP restrictions on Silver? I don't think so, but am curious. The new boat is big enough so our dog
can come out with us instead of being stuck in the camper.... and we know what bored dogs do in
campers.

Also, does Silver still have the same restrictions of Whatcom Co residents only the first weekend of
the season?
