Zen, as long as you are only using your 8hp, no problem. As far as reservations go Whatcon County residents can start making reservations on Jan.2, and I believe non-county residents can start making reservations on Apr.1. If you know someone up here have them make reservations for you and assure youself a campsite. It fills pretty quickly on the opening weekend. It's like a national holiday on the opener.
