Restriction I'm curious about is if the camping for opening weekend of fishing season is for Whatcom Co residents only. If not I'd like to make some for the opening weekend.

My boat has two motors on it. One's bigger than the HP restriction, but the other is an 8hp.

I thought I saw ones there with bigger motors on opening day two years ago. At least it seemed that way.
