Looks painfully familiar, Mr. Mingo! Great report and bummer about getting hosed at Rose. Granted, I've never thought about eating at the hotel's restaurant, but I was kinda shocked and saddened to hear about the fish scam. We are owners at Blanco, but I've stayed in both places.

Gotta love places like Pancho's, MiCasa, The Trailerparker, and even the Office - even if it's not the same place it was 10 years ago.
