You will get every type of response on any subject here, so you need to decide what you want to spend and go for it.
As for Frogg Toggs, not sure what the guys on this board do with them to have them leak in the first five minutes or rip opening up the package, but we have been using them up in Alaska at our lodge for 6 years and they have been great, yes they leak once in a great while and need repairs, but so did my Simms. Alaska is hard on stuff and Frogg Toggs have worked as good as any. We have started stocking them for client that have problems with theirs and don't want to spend a life savings replacing them.
This next spring I will put on my pair that has been used for 4 years now and no leaks or problems with lot's of brush pounding. Don't like the boots as much, maybe the new version will be better.
