Troll a small Kiwkfish or Flatfish (K-4, K-5 in Kiwkfish, F-4, F-5 in Flatfish) very slow with no weight. If you go to fast, it'll barrel roll.

Troll a small Hot Shot (Size 70, or 60) very slow with no weight. Again, if you go too fast, it'll barrel roll.

Use a wedding ring and a splitshot above the swivel and troll at different speeds and depths. Tip with a nightcrawler or some powerbait or powermaggots, whatever.

Use popgear. Troll fast and make erratic turns.

Troll a woolly bugger slow about 5 feet below the surface.

Thread a whole nightcrawler on a hook, hook the back end of nightcrawler to give it a "cut plug" rolling action. Attach a splitshot above a couple of snap swivels. Use at least 2 swivels in line or else the rolling nightcrawler can twist your line.

Small dodger and small hootchie or tiny tube grub used for crappies rigged with a hootchie double hook setup. Can tip with bait.

Small dodger and streamer fly.

List of things I've used and had success with.
