Coley, thanks for the info. You can PM me that guide info, when you get a chance. Spent the day with my fishing gear laid out in the garage; deciding what to bring. I think it will primarily be a bait scene for me, although the fly rod is coming along. It's kind of a long story, but we have gone from a Cabana to a large house on an island in a lagoon. Got row boats to get on and off the island with; so I have a boat to fish out of.

It's the punch in the rum that gets you. Will drink mine with coke if they have it, but like you, pretty much a beer drinker. Kind of reminds me of Fiji, two kinds of beer; bitter or light. I will be drinking the Belize stout. Hope to have a good post on the trip when I get back.
