I think you're wrong on this.. I took hunter ed a good...hmm.... 11 years ago, but I seem to remember that hunting without an adult was illegal. And I've organized more recently (in last several years) a youth hunt.... I do believe it's the law that if you're under 17 you must have an adult with you.

Obviously I know the laws as they apply to me, a 22 year old.. if things have changed or in some way slipped my mind (although I'm near perfect, some things do escape me) then I'm wrong. Make me unethical? No.. Just means I'm wrong!! Or are you never incorrect in anything you've ever write??

But alas, that has little to do with ethics. Ethics and law are not the same. It is legal to do a lot of things- like shoot pen raised pheasant- ethical? Not in my opinion. I make mention of ethics in my posts but try to always validate them with the fact they're MY ethics.. I don't claim to have the RIGHT way to do things, but I don't mind pointing out when I think things aren't kosher. If you don't challenge people's views, how can anyone hope to improve themselves?

If I come off as arrogent or otherwise having a big head.. I can and do... but most everything I say is meant half as a joke. Don't take me so seriously.

slap

Enjoy. rolleyes
