Trusting a warden on the manashtash?? Ahh come on now.. there's where you went wrong!! wink Seriously, if I have the time after I research for my senior assessment paper, I'll look that up.

I think law and ethics are two seperate issues. The law is imposed upon you, ethics come from within you- with influences from culture, family and friends. Ethics are what you do when you don't have to do it, but because it's the right thing to do.

You obey the law because it is the law, you follow your conscience as far as your character and will can hold up. I'm imperfect, but I sure as hell try to better myself, portray my sport as ethical through my actions, and over all.....Enjoy myself. I have had a few occassions were I regret decisions I've made because they were dangerous, reflecked poorly on the sport, or I otherwise didn't live up to my own expectations. I take ethics extremely seriously..... but I try to be the one to say it's my OPINION talking when I spout off about ethics... I don't want a universal standard for behavior... I just want people to think about what they're doing.

Anyway.. that's enough of that for the day. Who brought the Black Butte? beer
