Anybody have a favorite game butcher they want to recommend? I've butchered my own the last several years but didn't have time this year. So I took my deer to Butcher Boys in Puyallup, basically because their prices seemed pretty reasonable and there don't seem to be a lot of options for game processing (I live in Seattle). Just got it back last night - will give a report after I have a chance to sample it.

A buddy just took his to Del Fox, which I believe is up north in Stanwood. Anyway, he didn't seem that thrilled.

When I was butchered my own, I took my scraps to B&E meats in Des Moines to be made into summer sausage, etc. It was pretty expensive, but absolutely the best summer sausage I've had.
