I second Linds in Covington. I have had them do many of mine and again this year. Flat rate of $65 for any deer up to 125lbs hanging weight. Plus $15 for wrapping.
I believe it was close to 65 cents a pound for anything above 125#. Since mine was 168 hanging, cost me $100 even for cutting and wrapping.
Well worth the money! Plus they are nice guys and avid hunters themselves. Mike has taken some real monsters and will swap stories quite often.
