By the way, I'm very pleased with the stuff I got from Butcher Boys in Puyallup. Basically $0.59/lb. for basic butchering, plus extra for the sausage. The summer sausage and italian sausage was all vacuum packed in fairly small packages - nice that you don't have to defrost a huge amount each time. Their sausage is pretty good, although I liked B&E's summer sausage better. Very quick turnaround - took less than a week to get it done during the middle of the deer season.
