Mooch Three Time Spawner Registered: 12/24/01 Posts: 1877 Loc: Kingston, WA	I'll use baitcaster (either 201SF or Luna) for floats when I'm not using a center pin reel, which I prefer. Spinning reel on the odd occasion as lure or conditions dictate, but rarely with floats as they afford way too little line control during casting, mending or trotting. Braid vs mono is a whole nuther debate, but I use mono whenever possible for floats. Braid has some advantages, but they don't outweigh braids disadvantages IMO for float fishing. Mono shock tippet always with braid however. And in either case, Hi-Vis main line all day all the way.
