I fail to see what purpose was served by these citations. Get your senator/representative involved to try and get the conviction undone through appeal.

He was hunting, and the goal is to kill an animal. The ticky tacky regulation sh!t that requires you to keep your attorney on speed dial is nuts. Next thing you know, they'll require us to hunt with blanks so we don't hurt the animals.

One of my friends first ever elk had a remnant of an arrow in her. One elk another buddy shot had a muzzleloader bullet lodged in the shoulder. You do not realize this when you pull the trigger, and sometimes until you butcher the animal.

From a law abiding citizen standpoint, will someone please tell me why someone thinks this makes sense?
