Sending them a photo of my dozen plus LH reels, a few of which are Viento's, and offering the fact that I have never owned or purchased a RH reel didn't help my cause.

I'd suggest taking a photo of whatever you send back to them if going that route, just in case.


rofl Customer service any more can be reworded to "Customer Servicing". I've had similar experiences that seem to have suddenly gotten much more frequent.
