If you sign in and click the "remember me", it puts a cookie on your computer. The next time you come back to PP, it checks to see if the cookie is there. If it is there, you don't have to sign in again. If it is gone, you do.

So, something or someone is deleting your cookies. A lot of browsers are now set to "delete cookies upon exit". Find and change that setting.
