Coho, I appreciate your anonymous sharing of whatever info you might know about the unfair allocation complexities. However, if the NMFS is a puppet of unethical and likely illegal actions by "public servants"

in Wash. D.C., that still does not exonerate them from their public funded responsibilty to specifically answer questions possed by members of public forums and media as to what is really going on and WHY! And ultimately, under the Freedom of Public Information Act, reveal who in elected office is going outside of Treaty interpretations by Judges Belloni and Boldt, who many feel was unfairly biased toward a minority to begin with, to even further favor the Treaty tribes over the public majority in terms of fish allocation, for which we paid! How poorly is the NMFS managed to help create a public snaffu by trying to dodge this matter? Are they under an illegal and unethical gag order from elected officials that don't want to lose votes in the next elections or what? If not, it certainly behooves them to come forward with a thorough explaination of this situation soon, including which officials in Wash. D.C. are dictating what's happening and WHY! They will be revealed one way or another, even if it has to be in court procedings by the states. Are Indian gambling profits now helping to elect "public servants" to high places in office? - RT - BTW, please pardon me for refering to "campaign contribution constiuent servants" as "public servants"; but I think you knew what I meant.
